Located in Rieux, 6 km from Redon, this countryside apartment features an outdoor terrace and accommodates up to 6 guests.



The apartment offers a separate kitchen, a central living room with a sofa bed that converts into two single beds and a dining area, two bedrooms each with a double bed (140x190), and a bathroom with shower and toilet. One bedroom includes a desk, and there is a second desk in the living area. A crib is also available in one of the bedrooms.



Near Redon, this apartment is ideal for families, as well as students, professionals, or business travelers. Bed linen and towels are provided, while toiletries are not included.



The property enjoys a prime location: 6 km from Redon and Allaire, 21 km from La Gacilly, 22 km from Rochefort-en-Terre, 27 km from Branféré, 35 km from the sea, 20 km from La Roche-Bernard, 40 km from Lohéac, and 55 km from Vannes.
