The hotel is in a convenient location - close to the bus/tram stops and just a short walk to the old town. Super views from the viewing area at the top of the hotel, but be careful if you go up there when it's dark as there was no lighting and had to use phone torches to see where we were going

Decent hotel with superb breakfast. Let down because between 01/Sept and 01/April they turn the air conditioning off. Our room exceeded 25 degrees first night. External noise (drunks in courtyard) meant Windows open wasn’t great option. We had to beg a portable fan, which was reluctantly provided.

Very friendly and polite staff, clean, comfortable and reasonable price. Very good breakfast. The swimming pool was closed for maintenanse, but I I was offered a voucher to the SPA centre in another hotel of the same chain nearby, in Old Riga. Very good servise and food in restaurant of the hotel, very satisfied by everything.

Spa was much smaller than it look like in photos. And forbitten for children ( like 10 years old) after 19:00? Why? Beakfast was great, very diversed. Very clean place and staff was helpfull and kind!

Location was good. In the centre and walkable to most place. The room was very clautrophobic. The reception staff were difficult at imes. ON checkout I remembered I had left a bag in the room but she wouldnt let me go back to get it. And I only reached the desk late due to a huge queue.

Very nice modern comfortable room in a recent addition to the hotel. The only inconvenience was that one of us had to wait in the car on the street, while the other went to the reception to pay for the parking and get the instructions on how to get there. Fortunately, the line at the reception was not very long at that time. After parking, we had to line up at the reception for check-in again. The parking was only a few minutes walk to the hotel along a closed street in the old town. There is a very big (mostly food) market at about 10 min walk from the hotel.

I only stayed one night, but it was an amazing experience overall. My room was in a newer section of the hotel across the courtyard. Because of this change, I was upgraded to a larger room. The bed was extremely comfortable with many pillows. The hotel is within walking distance of the train and bus stations. There's a great bar and excellent dining options. Great view of the river. Finally, many thanks to Veronika for her tireless efforts to make my stay as pleasant as possible. Will be back!

It was my first ever time in the Baltic states. I thought the people of Latvia were amazingly friendly. The Riverside spa hotel, from the girl who checked me in, to the staff behind the bar, all the reception staff,and the ones working in the spa. They were all very helpful.The spa area and swimming pool was the reason I chose this hotel. It was excellent. I have no complaints

This hotel is located right near the old town in Riga - an easy walk to restaurants, coffee bars, historical sights and shopping. The hotel is comfortable, clean with friendly staff and a great breakfast buffet.

The room didn't look like the pictures. They put me in the building behind the normal hotel. Room was very noisy, to the point of vibrating with the closing of doors or other people walking around. Spa was nothing special.
