"Very good hotel. Faultless throughout. Staff were very friendly and helpful, rooms were clean and comfortable, breakfast was very nice. They offered biscuits and tea throughout the day which was a nice touch. Hotel is located in a good area on the edge of the old town. Walkable to everything. Would thoroughly recommend this hotel "

"Offered refund not via Expedia account but asked to provide my card details which is illegal. Refund was for broken shower which prevented to have it. No dishwashing liquid despite sponge and cooking facilities provided. Dirty mug, which obviously was there for a while. No hairdryer. This was my mistake to book here! Do not recommend"
