Tokyo Rikugien Garden Hotels

"The hotel garden is beautiful; it was a very pleasant start to our overall experience in Japan. Walking in the morning through this garden is a great way to start the day, as it was very quiet with few people. Hotel look more like an "old" luxury resort, Victorian / regal style decoration (you can tell it has been here a while) but remains in good condition. Room (and bathroom) were far more spacious than the other hotels we stayed in Japan. Breakfast was the best hotel breakfast we had in Japan. The Pancakes were phenomenal."

"The building was pretty old. They forgot shower curtains and we couldn’t get it until the next day. Staff was nice and helpful"

"From check in to check out our stay was great. Friendly staff and everything was clean. My only warning is the bathroom is not a Shower / tub combo, however a separate bathtub with a shower head separate from the tub. You need to be strategic to have a shower / wash hair that is typical for western bathing / showering. "

"Customer service & rooms were great but the only down side was that our AC was not fully working which made our room warm. I tried to see if we could switch rooms but they were only able to offer us a fan. Other than that everything was great."

"This hotel was spacious, clean with very comfortable beds. We enjoyed our 3 day stay, with breakfast included in the price, it was easier to eat at the hotel and then the day was ours. The rooms were tidied and refreshed daily and of course if you're wanting the Tokyo Dome it's right there but we didn't hear anything from inside our room. Staff were always there to help if you needed it. We would definitely stay at The Tokyo Dome Hotel again. Good value for money."

"The hotel is in a good location close to the market and train line. The room was very small. We stayed in a 2 bed with an extra bed and there was no room to move around once our suitcases were in."

"Nice property. Convenient location. The bed was too hard. Asked for a comforter to sleep on but was denied. Asked for a blanket but it smelled bad."
