"The view was beautiful and in close proximity to the Shenandoah National Park and Luray Caverns. We were, however, disappointed that we could not wash our clothes over 4 days because the washer was full of mold and mildew. While we knew that we had to bring our own sheets, pillow cases and towels, this was the first cabin at which we had to do this. For these reasons, we would probably not rent it again."

"The hotel and room were okay, and the breakfast was good. However, I was disappointed to find a large stain on my sheets that I didn’t notice until the morning. As far as the checkout experience. I waited about 15 minutes for someone to come to the front desk, but no one showed up. While I was standing there, I checked my email and saw I needed to check out electronically. There was no communication about this beforehand, so I had no way of knowing."

"This was probably the most well-appointed cabin I have rented on VRBO. The house has everything you need. Seriously, just bring clothes and food...everything else on already there! The homeowner was responsive and very helpful, providing excellent advice for a day trip to Washington DC. We had a really nice week and enjoyed the area with this very clean and comfortable cabin as a home base!"

"I would do more research the next time I am staying in the area. It was an ‘okay’ stay, the pool was not open(which was expected for this time of year), the gym only consisted of 3 machines & a yoga mat(which given the cleanliness of other places in the hotel I would not touch) the vending machines did not work. The chairs in the lobby were completely stained, I stood to eat instead. The breakfast was good, my kids had choices so that was a plus. There were spots in our bathroom that concerned me for mold factors. For a quick stay it would work, and without kids. Lesson learned."
