“Very nice hotel, modern and great quality. The employees very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. The breakfast in the morning needs a little more variety and the same with the waitress head that needs a little bit more kindness. “The photos cannot do this property justice, it's just beautiful. The town location and the lakeside terrace are fantastic and the extended grapevine-covered balcony from the master bedroom is very special. We spent hours playing in the lake- apparently the cleanest in Europe.Francesca was extremely nice, super-helpful and fast to reply- she really went over and above what you'd expect from a host”

“Fabulous stay! Very clean, well appointed with everything you need for a restful stay. Views are wonderful. Close walk to multiple grocery stores, train station. Only 15 minute walk to Matterhorn bang. No taxi service needed for anything. Enjoyed our stay very much. Communication and directions with host and care taker were excellent. "此飯店check in和入住的地方不同，到時稍為小找了一下。
房間兩面對外窗，而且有小陽台，坐在屋內就可看到雪景，讓心情很愉悅，另外，熱水很感謝櫃台人員提供，讓我們可以吃泡麵。
缺點就是隔音不太好，可聽到隔壁講話的聲音，另外，上廁所的地方只有半透明的窗廉，沒有遮光布，上廁所讓人很不安心，很怕被看光。
因為地點離車站不遠，又在熱鬧的小鎮上，整體還是非常滿意的。
