A real gem in Rimini

This is a conveniently located, well maintained, perfectly equipped apartment. Angela is a gracious and welcoming host. We retired teachers walked everywhere and loved Rimini.

Excellent in everything. Perfect comunication with Angela. She helped us a lot. Flat was as described, very clean with many details how to use everything. Flat is very well located, close to bus stop, supermarket and city centre.

The apartment is located perfectly close to the ancient city center, very quiet and safe. It is excellently equipped, bright and convenient. The host is very nice, friendly and supportive. During our stay we had a little issue with the varying warm water system.

Absolutely PERFECT

We did have a really GREAT stay at Angela’s beautiful apartment. The apartment is equipped with all you need, It’s bright and spotless clean. It´s situated perfect, near the city and the beaches and also near the beautiful park “Parco XXV Aprile” Angela is a great host, we really appreciate all good advices and also that Angelo took time to gave us a perfect “tourist tour” in the city - GREAT and highly appreciated to get information from a local resident. We really LOVED our stay in Rimini and can highly recommend staying at this apartment.

Lovely apartment in great lication

Angela is a great host. The apartment is bigger than it looks on the photos. She has thought of everything one might need , right down to sellotape and a repair kit. Lovely linen and towels. Location is great, walk to beach is around 20 to 30 mins,excellent location for culture and great local bars and restaurants. We've stayed in three Home Away properties this is by far the best. We will definitely return

Fabulous apartment and hostess

We stayed five nights during the second week of June, and it wasn't long enough. The apartment had all the comforts of home. Angela was responsive, answered all of our questions, and gave a very complete rundown of Rimini. Parking was no problem, and it was an easy in and out in order to visit nearby towns. Rimini is a gem: the residents appeared very happy and presented a positive attitude toward visitors. It's a very lively town with many excellent restaurants and interesting sights. We loved our stay here, and highly recommend Angela's apartment in wonderful Rimini. We will be back!

Wonderful stay

Anjela made us feel welcome in her apartment. It was clean, had all the necessary gadgets, even washing powder and softener for the washing machine. All the appliances had detailed operation instructions, there were all the necessary kitchen utensils, a parking space in front of the house, beds were firm and comfortable. She was generous to have left us 2 bottles of water, beer in the fridge and a panettone for Easter. The best host you can imagine! We would definitely recommend any of her apartments, as we are confident that all of them are perfect. The only thing we didn’t like was the street noise but she is probably forbidden to install double glazing, as this is an ancient property.

Excellent Property!

We found Angela’s property to be perfect in every way. It was very clean, had all the amenities one would want and was in a great quiet location. You can definitely explore the city on foot from her apartment. Angela was very quick to respond to questions pre-booking and answered any we had once we arrived. She took the time to show us maps of interesting places to visit both within the city and the surrounding area. The gelato place was a particular hit with us after a day of exploring. We couldn’t have asked for anything more from the hospitality we received from Angela and the accommodations she provided. Truly warranting the 5 star rating we gave. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this owner and property. Thank you Angela. Best of health to you!

We have just returned from our two week family holiday and it was one of the best yet! The apartment was like a home from home. Angela is the most generous and kind host we have ever met! Nothing was too much trouble and everything about the apartment was wonderful. The apartment is very spacious, light bright and airy. It is modern and is very well equipped with everything you might need and full of other things that you probably wont need, but are there just in case! The apartment is very comfortable, immaculately presented and spotlessly clean. Angela ensured we had all the information we needed for places to visit, transport links and local events. The kitchen message board even had details of all the events that we on in Rimini during our two week visit. Having arrived fairly late in the evening after a long journey with two children it was amazingly kind and generous of Angela to meet us at the train station and take us back to the apartment, where there were some cold beverages and other goodies awaiting us! The apartment is located in a very nice neighbourhood (with very friendly neighbours) and only a short walk into the centre. There is free transport to the beach, however, we enjoyed walking via the park and along the canal and walking through the centre and along the walking and cycle path which only takes about 20 minutes. We can not recommend this apartment highly enough. It was just perfect for us and made our holiday one of the best we've had.

Tolle Ferienwohnung

Diese Ferienwohnung ist nur zu empfehlen .Bereits die Kommunikation im Vorfeld war sehr einfach und herzlich. Am Tag der Anreise wurden wir persönlich von Angela empfangen. Sie hatte sogar bereits einen Parkplatz für uns reserviert ganz unweit der Wohnung. Sie nahm sich noch die Zeit und zeigte uns in Ruhe die Wohnung. Parken war generell kein Problem.In der Ferienwohnung hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Sie ist räumlich sehr großzügig und gemütlich eingerichtet. Den Balkon kann man entspannt in der Abendsonne genießen. Die Wohnung liegt unweit vom historischen Zentrum von Rimini entfernt.Zum Strand muss man ca. 30 Minuten laufen.Die Ferienwohnung ist ein guter Ausgangort für weitere Unternehmungen ins Umland von Rimini.In der Ferienwohnung waren sehr viele hilfreiche Tipps und Informationen, auch in deutscher Sprache, vorhanden.

An alles gedacht

Unser Aufenthalt bei überwiegend überraschend kaltem Wetter war sehr angenehm: die Wohnung ist hell und groß und sie hatte eine gute richtige Heizung. Das große Bett war sehr bequem. Die Vermieterin hat alle Wünsche eines Mieters sorgfältig bedacht - danke!: ein Rotwein und ein Bier für den Start, Kaffee für die ersten Tage, Busfahrkarte, Mülltrennung mit Wandschild, zweiter Schlüssel, Prospekte in mehreren Sprachen, Fahrradgarage undundund - alles einfach perfekt. Die Lage ist ruhig, Innenstadt und Gastronomieviertel via Park sind fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Parken konnten wir vor dem Haus und hätten das wohl täglich wieder gekonnt, wenn wir das Auto bewegt hätten. Die Freisitzmöglichkeit auf dem Balkon ist etwas beengt - aber bei schönerem Wetter hätten wir wohl den Esstisch bei geöffneter Balkontür ganz an den Balkonrand gestellt und auch das wäre angenehm geworden.

Entspannter und abwechslungsreicher Urlaub

Großartig. Da wir in der Nebensaison unterwegs waren, gab es nirgends Stress, aber trotzdem noch genügend Angebote. Wir hatten aber auch Glück mit dem Wetter 🌝 Das Appartement ist sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber, die Vermieterin sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Zur Altstadt sind es nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß. Jederzeit wieder!

Vielen lieben Dank an die super freundliche Gastgeberin! Wir Familie mit zwei Kindern 6 und 8 haben eine tolle Zeit in Rimini gehabt. In der Wohnung war alles vorhanden was man so im Alltag braucht! Schöne ruhige Gegend, zu Fuß konnten wir alles erreichen, Altstadt, Strand, wunderschönen Park in der Nähe und und und … Vielen Dank an Angela Wir kommen wieder!

Super sauber

Was uns zuerst aufgefallen ist: wie unheimlich sauber die Wohnung ist. So eine saubere Wohnung haben wir in den ganzen Jahren noch nicht gesehen, Es steht nix rum und in der Küche ist alles vorhanden. Der Park in der Nähe ist klasse, weil man dort schön Joggen gehen kann. Die unmittelbare Nähe zur Innenstadt lädt dazu ein, zu Fuß in die Stadt zu gehen. Die Kommunikation mit Angela war sehr angenehm und professionell. Wir können diese Wohnung auf jeden Fall empfehlen.

Ottimo soggiorno

Abbiamo affittato casa per un congresso a Rimini con la famiglia. La casa è molto ampia e luminosa. Tenuta molto bene. La signora Angela è una persona molto gentile e disponibile. Per i bimbi ha portato dei giochi e dei libri e a loro a fatto molto piacere! Grazie Angela!

Eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Rimini und in der Ferienwohnung. Die Wohnung ist perfekt für Familien. Für die Kinder gibt es ausreichend Spielzeug (sogar Strandspielzeug ist vorhanden). Angela ist eine super Gastgeberin und hat uns schon vor der Anreise und während des Aufenthalts sehr gut informiert. Vielen Dank. Wir können die Wohnung bedenkenlos weiter empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

Wonderful stay!

We couldn’t say enough how much we appreciated Angela’s hospitality! We have had a wonderful stay in Rimini and explored the beautiful town, which will always be in our favorite memories. We know this would not be true without Angela and the little sanctuary she provided to us. Angela’s place is very tidy and has everything we need. We were able to cook dinners and prepared comfy breakfast. We also did laundry and air dried our clothes in the warm sun. We felt at home. We were able to recuperate in this beautiful apartment. The neighborhood is ver residential, 5min walking to grocery store, 2min walk to the park. Our 9yo twins loved the play ground there. Angela picked us up from train station, showed us her apartment and gave us many good suggestions of getting around in the town. We walked to the beautiful beach in 20min, felt the warm Adriatic Sea. From our passports, she noticed that our twins’ birthday was coming up during our stay. She brought yummy sweets outside the door on the day of the birthday. That made us feel so touched. Thank you so much Angela, for being so kind. Rimini is one of our favorite cities in the world now! We definitely highly recommend Angela’s place!

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in der Nähe der Altstadt

Kurz gesagt, alles war perfekt. Von Anfang an gab es eine sehr gute Kommunikation per eMail. Die Vermieterin war bereits bei der Vorbereitungen sehr hilfsbereit. Wir wollten vor Ort 2 Motorroller mieten und konnten das im Internet leider buchen. Sie hat für uns eine Vermietung gesucht und die Roller reserviert. Für diese großartige Hilfsbereitschaft wollen wir uns an dieser Stelle noch einmal ausdrücklich bedanken. Die Check in und Check out Zeiten haben wir per WhatsApp vereinbart. Super unkompliziert. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man während des Aufenthalts benötigt. Sehr angenehm ist, dass Handtücher, Strandtücher und Bettwäsche vorhanden sind. Getränke und Snacks für den ersten Abend waren auch bereits vorhanden. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Sie hat uns mit vielen Informationen zur Stadt und Veranstaltungen versorgt. Wir sind sehr froh diese Wohnung und diese tolle Gastgeberin gefunden zu haben. Ingesamt ist diese Wohnung sehr zu empfehlen. Vielen lieben Dank an die Gastgeberin

Sehr wohlgefühlt!

Die Wohnung hat alles, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt. Sie ist ruhig gelegen und sehr sauber. Sehr angenehm war u.a. , dass man selbst keine Bettwäsche, Bade-, Hand-, Küchen- und Strandtücher mitbringen musste. Es war alles vorhanden. Die Gastgeberin war sehr hilfsbereit und versorgte uns mit allen wichtigen Informationen zu Events in Rimini, Sehenswürdigkeiten und guten Lokalitäten. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen!
