2/10 Terrible

"The shower in our room did not work, couldn't get the water off of extreme hot or extreme cold..no in between. The tiptoe seat was loose. We Went to breakfast before 9 and barely any food was in there and what they was was cold, the room was filthy, no lids for coffee cups. Gross. The staff did get more food after my husband talked to them, and they seemed to care about the issues in our room."

"Positives: the AC was crisp and cold, the staff was very helpful, the elevated surfaces (table top, sink, etc) were clean. The shower’s water pressure was great and I felt safe in the hotel. Needs improvement: The floor was not very clean. When I accidentally dropped something, I noticed a lot of pet hair on the carpet. There were stains and burns as well. It felt fine for a solo adult traveler without animal hair allergies, but I’d not want a smaller kid crawling on the carpet. That being said, this met my needs and was completely fine for them. If this is in your budget and you’re not allergic to animals (or if you need a place to stay with them maybe?), this is totally fine."

"I had reserved a 2 bed stay 4 months in advance. Got in at 2 am only to find out they had overbooked. They only had 1 room left with one bed. All hotels were booked in the area due to multiple events happening.... I asked for management they said there are no managers on call at night or on weekends. I asked for solutions and they had none. I asked if I could put one of the small couches from the lobby into the room to sleep on (as I have an autoimmune condition that causes me deep pain as it is) and he said he would call the cops if I moved the couch and they were out of rollaways. So in the end I had to sleep on the floor (which was dirty (they did bring me several pillows and blankets) but that did little to ease the discomfort. Needless to say I did not sleep at all that night but at least my other traveling partner did as their needs were greater so I gave them the only bed. The next day the staff continued to be very rude but did finally call a manager who basically said all they could offer was 20.00 off my bill. Awful experience for sure"

"Almost everything was great except the thin walls. You could hear everything in the hallway as if your door was wide open. Also you could hear everything happening outside as well. We had motorcycles and muscle cars raving the engines and racing well past 1am in the morning. It was random and not consistent but wow it felt like by the time you fell asleep you were being woke up by something new inside the hotel or out. Besides the loud rooms, we loved the place. The staff was good and the hotel itself was at one time a super fancy hotel. We probably wouldn’t return."
