“Bottom line -- Parker Palm Springs is a boutique resort with many attractive aspects -- room quality/comfort, restaurant quality, lovely grounds, and very pleasant staff. However for $2k/night, it falls way short. Parking/valet is poorly designed (constantly jammed up and car wait time is 10+ min), bathroom infrastructure is terrible, water runs hot and cold with no warning, TVs are not smart TVs so even though we were there, as many other guests were, for the Indian Wells Tournament, we……

“連住3晚(分開訂單),CHECK IN 時旅館說只收到2晚訂單,確認了很久才搞定! WIFI 連線很不穩定, 很慢, 房價都一樣,但靠泳池邊的房間顯然比其他房間來得好, 視野也差很多, 早餐供應時間只到9AM. 有點太早結束, 泳池及SPA池開到00:00AM.還不錯! 房間地板的地毯清潔有待加強, 不斷發現前房客掉落的巧克力碎片!”

The hot water in the small swimming pool is very comfortable to soak, and the temperature is very comfortable! The environment is also very beautiful. “Very clean and updated. Air conditioning works well, as well as a very nice pool. Nice kitchenette with a Keurig coffee maker, small fridge, microwave. Breakfast room with nice snacks, water, and more coffee. Very, very quiet. The bed and high quality sheets were an extra bonus! Slept like a rock! This was our second time staying here and we will be back!”

The staff was attentive and available. The room was clean and Dylan was very responsive whenever we texted. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a quiet place to stay. ”
