「This property is on a high hill and the view from up there is amazing! There are lots of places to stop and overlook the entire Guayabitos Bay while drinking your morning coffee. There are two very clean swimming pools with access to BBQ pits. It was such a calm, relaxing, beautiful experience. Reccomend it 100%」

「Amazing location. Beautiful property. The pool overlooks the beach and is so peaceful. And the person working the office was amazingly helpful and nice. We will definitely be back」

「The property was beautiful and quiet during the day. Nice pool and ocean views. It is across the street from the beach and a block from town. There’s also a great restaurant called Baklava down the street on the beach. There was just one issue, a neighbor on the corner played loud music until 6:00 am. 」

「This place was great, we forgot our code and they answered our request right away and double checked with us that we were all good. so clean, comfortable pool was great」

「This place was walkable to everything (no hills, no golf cart necessary) and the host was fantastic! Check in was easy and the private pool was an absolute must for the heat (we visited in June so it was still very humid). Great kitchen and plenty of outdoor space to relax with the kids. Would definitely stay here again!」

「Really cool room. Lots of wild lofe outside. Your balcony. I saw half a dozen iguanas in the tree right below our balcony. The A/C was amazing.Helps in the Mexican heat.」

「Communication from the owner and the property manager was excellent prior and during the stay. Our property manager helped arrange round trip private transportation from the airport, he had golf carts delivered when we arrived, and he arranged for a private chef to cook for 19 people. The location of the property is great. It is a 5-7 minute walk to downtown Sayulita, but is far enough that it is not loud at night. All rooms have AC. Golf carts are not required, but know you will be walking up...
