Apartment 2 is perfect! One large bedroom, with large closet and queen bed. The second room has two twins and a Futon. There is a large open plan for the kitchen, living room, and dining room. Large private bathroom. Spacious with A/C in the bedroom. There is also excellent ventilation from the trade winds, and all rooms have ceiling fans. The private back deck off the living space boasts breathtaking views of the ocean and mountains of Rincon. It is equipped with deck chairs, dining table, and BBQ.

The house also Amazon Fire Sticks for streaming and a phone with unlimited minutes. Apartment 2 can access the Main House for reservations that need more space. Please inquire about renting both.

Pleasant, with all sorts of authentic Puerto Rican touches! The ocean views and sunsets are amazing! As homeowners, we love walking our dogs down to Pool's Beach. It is a short 10-minute walk down the hill. If the waves are firing, it can be one of the most advanced breaks on the North Side of Rincon. However, on smaller days it is always fun to paddle out near the Spanish Walls and catch some funs ones! Great for Paddle Boarding on Flat Days and has entrances to hiking around the Spanish Wall and Domes Trail. Take in all the serene and authentic beauty of the West Side of Puerto Rico in the Puntas neighborhood at Casa Pina. We are within walking distance of all North Rincon's best eats and surf spots including Casa Verde, Tamboo, R2Happiness Rentals, Jake's Java, and Mango Beach Shop! Taxis are readily available. However, we do HIGHLY suggest you rent a car for the most convenience. There are a few locals who are Uber Drives, but it is not as reliable as in the States. You can rent bikes and scooters in town.
