Great Place

Our 3rd time staying in R Villa. Come to surf and enjoy the beach. Great property with everything you need. Can’t beat the location, easy walk to the marina and restaurants, plus 5-10 minutes to plenty of surf.

Rincón Getaway

This was a nice spacious property, clean, not far from the beach and a few nice restaurants within walking distance. Pool was a perfect temperature and I did not want to leave!!

Wonderful stay!

The house is absolutely beautiful and the location is amazing. It’s a short walk to the beach and we swam in the pool every day. The back porch is lovely and a great place to relax in the evening. The decor was lovely and the beds were very comfortable. A few appliances could use a replacement (dishwasher, washing machine) but they worked and didn’t impact our stay at all. One of the best vacations of my life.

We had an amazing time staying at this property. It was neat, clean and well maintained. The pool and bacci court was an added bonus. In addition, when contacting the owners, they responded immediately. Would recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in Rincon!

Beautiful space with easy access to beach

Loved the house and especially the back porch and pool. It’s a beautiful tropical oasis. House felt clean and fresh. From snorkel gear to laundry soap, the host thought of everything! Allison was very helpful and accommodating which we appreciated.

Relaxing Haven

R Villa was very clean with comfortable beds and lots of amenities, such as a variety of condiments, shampoo, conditioner and soap. The bath towels were luxurious, plus it was nice to have plenty of beach/pool towels along with six very comfortable beach chairs. We enjoyed relaxing pool side after coming back from our many adventures. In the morning, we would see hummingbirds feeding on the flowers that surrounded the pool. We loved how we could walk through the back gate to get to beaches and restaurants. Such a perfect location. I would highly recommend staying at R Villa while visiting Rincon, Puerto Rico.

Another great visit

Our second stay at Villa R, and another wonderful week! The house is perfectly situated a five minute walk from the beach, as well as for walking into town. Restaurants aplenty to choose from, a couple of particularly good ones close by the marina beach. Snorkeling off Steps beach is great when the surf permits. The garden view from the house also makes it really relaxing to just stay home and hang out by the pool. Alison, the property manager, is very responsive by text to any minor matters that might arise. We'll definitely be back!

Great house! Fantastic pool area!

The house was GREAT and just as pictured so you can book with confidence that you get exactly what you see. Everything from booking to checkin to checkout was seamless. The pool area was just fantastic. Really fantastic! Location was just slightly removed from downtown but still very close. The one thing to know is there was a bit of road noise especially at night and all of us found the mattresses a bit too firm for us but everyone likes something different and some will love them! The only con was the quality of communication from the management company during the stay. But overall I’d book here again and recommend others do as well.

Spectacular experience!

We loved our time at R Villa! The area is 100% chill and laid back. The home, inside and out has everything you need! I loved reading about Leon, the property owner in the Welcome Guide. We would absolutely stay here again!! We will have to come back outside of summer so we can enjoy the garden and stand next door, I was sad it is closed for the summer but it makes sense. I walked to town every morning to get coffee from the corner bakery, and the locals are all so nice. Thank you for such a perfect place to stay on our first, but definitely not last, visit to Puerto Rico!
