Muy bueno todo. Excepto que al llegar a la tarde noche, solicitamos agua caliente para tomar un cafe o un te y nos la negaron, porque la cocina estaba con llave, segun nos dijo el recepcionista. Increible que en un hotel de tanto renombre, no haya agua caliente disponible. Impecable el desayuno y la atencion en el quincho de la señorita.

La atencion, disfrazada de educada. La habitación tenia olor a cloaca. No habia internet en la habitacion. Pedi que me cambien y me dijeron que todas tienen el mismo nivel de señal. Un Oasis en el valle de Auco

Muy profesional el personal, mucha preocupación por los paxs y siempre pendiente de dar una excelente atención se nota el trabajo de equipo , todos los servicios que brinda el hotel son de muy buena calidad, el sauna, jacuzzi y salón de masajes, y también el restaurante muy buen servicio y comidas tipicas

Muy mal administrado: Jamás hubo huevos al desayuno, pese que siempre los prometieron; No había pilas para la caja fuerte, por lo que no se pudo usar. No había una almohada extra. La basura estaba más de un día en los recipientes. Varias de las piscinas estaban sin operar: por diversos motivos: Es verano, se daño el motor, etc. Creo que si Howard Johnson los visita les quitan la licencia en 2 minutos. Atte. Alan Spencer

Lamentable condición

Muchos detalles relevantes; efectivamente como se ha comentado, el hotel está muy abandonado sin embargo es extraño porque hay sectores bastante nuevos pero incluso cerrados. Se muestran fotos de la piscina con servicios que no están disponibles. Pregunté por el jacuzzi externo al lado de la piscina, la respuesta fue "está cerrado por mantenimiento", pero eso no es verdad ya que el servicio setá practicamente cerrado: piso de madera en muy malas condiciones, tables quebradas con grandes astillas, maleza que crece y traspasa los listones de madera, el jacuzzi con la pintura inservible. Las puertas de acceso a estos lugares estaban todas cerradas. Se ofrece un servicio de SPA, sin embargo el jacuzzi es una tina de baño un poco mas grande... Lamento mucho estos comentarios pero es importante que se conozcan. El desayuno fue consumido por una familia de cuatro integrantes, no quedó practicamente nada y la encargada sólo se encongió de hombros. Lo único que está relativamente bien es su piscina al aire libre, ya que tienen otra techada pero sus puertas estaban cerradas y los servicios que se veían en su interior se notaban en malas condiciones.

Horrible, no vaya a este lugar.

Pesimo, parece hostal fantasma, ningun pasajero y unos pocos trabajadores. Piscina temperada inhabilitada, helada, llena de bichos, me ofrecieron usarla asi. Los hidromasajes exteriores no funcionan y el interior es de pago. En sector sauna y masaje todo cerrado, sin personal, en desuso. Nos dijeron que el desayuno se daba en un quincho no en un comedor. Cuando me pasaron las toallas celestes viejisimas, asperas dije estimadas solicito mi reembolso, pues lo publicado no corresponde a la realidad y escapamos. Lo unico bueno fue que el reembolso se gestiono rapido y en la tarde ya estaba en mi cuenta.

Great stay!

Everything was great! The hotel grounds are very nice, great pool and garden area. The rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast was good. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Lots of parking. Overall perfect for a quiet few days near Los Andes and a good spot for easy access to Portillo.

Checking in, room assigned first floor. Elevator not working. Nobody assisting carrying suitcases upstairs. No facilities whatsoever in the room. Breakfast TERRIBLE. NOTHING was fresh , absolutely nothing. Very limited choice. For example no eggs The most disgusting thing was the toaster. Completely black on the inside. Smelling terribly and only part of the toast was black and the other half not done at all. Walked out in disgust. The price paid is WAY TOO MUCH for such a terrible experience. How do they dare to ask $ 100 for such a disaster!

Relajo a 1 hora de Santiago

Tuvimos una escapada familiar de fin de semana, es un hotel sencillo, ubicado en el campo y con prestaciones regulares. Si bien no consideramos que tenga servicios sobresalientes, nos sentimos muy cómodos y relajados, así que cumple con lo prometido. Importante: el wifi debe ser mejorado.

Realmente deja mucho que desear

El hotel deja mucho que desear, no se entiende que aparezca con 4 estrellas. La entrada y los pasillos están heladisimos (radiadores apagados), para tomar desayuno hay que abrigarse por el frío que hace en el lugar. El desayuno es pobre y en un lugar inhóspito, con café en bolsitas, no tienen tostador....las habitaciones frías y poco acogedoras, funcionales, sin decoración; el aire acondicionado para calentar el ambiente suena mucho, la sabana de abajo en la cama no tenía elástico y era tan corta que no se alcanzaba a meter debajo del colchón, por lo que se arrugaba, el cubrecolchon tenía pelos. En la ducha casi no salía agua y estaba puesta tan arriba que había que tenerla en la mano; la goma para no resbalarse daba mucha desconfianza porque estaba toda manchada, el estractor sonaba tanto que daban ganas de tener La Luz apagada. En síntesis, solo nos quedamos porque íbamos a un compromiso muy cerca, pero nos fuimos apenas tomamos desayuno. No dan ganas de quedarse; después de ver el SPA no quisimos ver el Gimnacio. Solo destacamos positivamente la amabilidad de la niña de la recepción y de la del SPA.
