Staff was great and all-time concern about guest's comfort. About cleanness, rooms need more attention. Service includes three meals but not snacks, soda drinks (their offer flavored drinks similar to Tang and purified water) or alcohol. The place is very well equipped to attend families with Childs (between 5 and 14), canopy, kayak, farm, horse ride, pools. Every family has an assigned table in the restaurant and they prepare special seats for babies, younger children, and senior persons.

Gorgeous setting for lovely lodge with lots of per

San Francisco Lodge is set in the mountains on beautiful grounds. Incredibly scenic. Great pool and spa, short trails in the trees, pond for paddle boats. Staff was helpful and friendly, especially Jorge who manages operations. Highly recommended. Food is a little pricey for the quality, but worth it to be in this location.

Rustic mountain lodge for outdoor activities

Very nice lodge with good outdoor activities. Nice views of the mountains. Rooms were comfortable, but should have TVs and screens on the windows to keep out the flies and mosquitos. Other than that, we had a great time.

Excelente lugar para escapada en pareja o familia. Es lodge asi que no esperen tele en las piezas sino mejor disfrutar a las naturaleza y las actividades!
