“First impressions of Casa Qi we're positive, the staff, Bruno, got us in a room quickly. He showed us the fridge area (for leftovers we brought back from the restaurants in the area and a place to cook them) and coffee area and the area for beverages. Jaun and another young fellow were available to take us into town in a very luxurious golf cart. they gave us a to car. The next few days we went out exploring the area. “The room was incredible!! All amenities needed to have a wonderful time. The view from the room was beautiful as well and not to mention the attention of the staff was excellent. As a oaxaqueña it is relieving when companies, restaurants or places of hospitality also care for their own people not just the foreigners. “We really enjoyed our stay here in early December. The room decor was lovely and the beds were on opposite end of an L shape so it was great for sharing with a friend. The pool was lovely, location excellent, staff very friendly, and just a really nice ambiance and view of the trees and flowers. The only things that could have been improved were the staff playing music all day from 8 AM which may very well be hotel policy I didn’t ask, but it’s not something I enjoy personally, although their……

“The AC did not cool past a certain point, but was good enough. The staff seemed kind of careless. Didn't get a welcoming vibe from them. The wifi comes and goes. The water they offer is outside so it's always warm and dusty. Half the building is still under construction. The new concrete rooms look like a cold, gray, bunker. Staying there for multiple days makes you feel like you're in a dungeon. The toilet would shoot water up like a geyser when flushing. The shower is right next to a sliding……
