"Hotel was in great condition with good view of the surrounding. Place was located right next to Rinku Town station and just 1 station away from Kansai airport in near proximity to premium outlets and shopping malls. Overall great experience staying at this hotel."

My tskubin was handled with care and post send I was told and informed by Mat the approx cost .I was on the 17 and the view was breathtaking .free water breakfast made the cost the best prices hotel . 5 stars . The location was so close to a supermkt and the station 100metres . There's also a shuttle to kix ."

"Short walk to the property from the train station. Clean rooms and common areas. Some amenities are not offered like the bath tub but shower is and it is clean. No cooking allowed but there are enough restaurants near the station to need the use the kitchen for meals. If you are concerned about shared toilet situation the property has two clean toilets that it's not an issue. Overall a great place to stay at to go exploring. I would definitely stay there again!"
