"This is an amazing hotel right in the centre of Osaka. It’s very close to Namba and within walking distance to Dontobouri. The rooms are comfortable, the staff are lovely and the breakfast is incredible. The staff also helped arrange luggage-forwarding service to our next destination. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a place to stay in Osaka."

"Great location for an overnight stay before a flight. Walking from the hotel to the airport was incredibly convenient. The staff was great, very helpful - we had a package shipped to the hotel and it was passed on to us on check-in, so nice. The building is a bit older but the room was clean and comfortable and, despite having a great window view of the runways, I did not hear a single plane all night."

"The hotel is about 5 minutes walk to USJ. Staff are very nice. Hotel lobby is very nice with minion theme. Our room has 4 single beds looking out with a view. Room is spacious but once we opened up all four luggage, the room is small and hard to walk. Bathroom is nice, with one sink. No hook for your clothes though. Water pressure is good and the bath tub is good after a full day walking at USJ."

"Perfect location, only a 5-10 minute walk to the busier areas of Osaka and with plenty of Izakayas and food options on the doorstep. The public bath is open til 2am, which is amazing for a late flight and check-in. Automated check-in service at the reception is also fast and convenient, with plenty of helpful staff nearby. The convenience store on the 4th floor was also amazing for withdrawing cash and getting a quick snack. Would absolutely stay here again!"

"The lobby area is impeccably clean and inviting. The added touch of a wonderful coffee machine (serving Starbucks coffee) as wall as tea and fountain drink options is very satisfying!"

"Pros- proximity to park and room options. We had a room with 4 beds for our family of four. Great water pressure in the shower and I liked the hairdryer. Buffet had a variety of foods but food was not good in my opinion. Coffee was terrible. Cons- This is a VERY basic hotel and it’s dated. Our room was clean but there was definitely a mildew type smell and the only way to explain it, is that the room gave me the ick. No bottled water in room. No pool at the hotel, which was surprising. I guess you get what you pay for but I had higher expectations and this did not meet them. "
