Our vacation apartment is complete and cozy: private, with elevator, air conditioning, crib, beach chairs, two bedrooms for up to 5 guests, cable TV, Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped kitchen.

The 24h doorman ensures security and convenience. In Barra da Tijuca, you’ll be close to transportation, shops, restaurants, and the beach. We offer daily cleaning on request, linen and towel change every 7 days. We issue invoices and also serve companies and partnerships. Come enjoy this apartment!

CHECKIN AND CHECKOUT

Check-in is done remotely, with a password or key, depending on local availability, between 2PM and 5PM. On the day of your arrival, at 1PM, we will send you the password. It is important that you have Wi-Fi to receive it. If you need a different time, please let us know as soon as possible. We love to help!

All guests must be identified, for local and company security, so when there are 2 days left before your arrival, we will reinforce the request for a photo of your documents. Don't worry, your data is protected by the LGPD.

Checkout is autonomous, just turn off the appliances and close the door before leaving. Our maid will arrive at 12PM to clean your accommodation for the next family.

Barra is served by bus lines, BRT (Bus Rapid Transit) and taxis. The subway goes to Barra, making it easier to get to other parts of the city, but it does not yet cover the entire neighborhood. Cars are common in the area, but traffic can be a challenge during rush hour.
