BEDROOM:

The bedroom features 1 queen-size bed, 1 single bed, and 1 extra mattress, comfortably accommodating up to 4 guests. Curtains and air conditioning are provided, along with a fully equipped kitchen with appliances and utensils. Children are welcome, and we offer a portable crib for babies (subject to availability). Events or parties are not allowed. Pets are welcome!

The windows face a quiet inner area, offering natural light and privacy. Spacious closets keep your belongings organized and comfortable.

BATHROOM:

Private bathroom with shower, mirror, basic toiletries, and a hair dryer.

LIVING ROOM:

A comfortable sofa bed can easily accommodate an additional guest, and an extra single mattress adds flexibility. A dining table allows you to share meals and moments with family and friends.

The indoor area is ideal for relaxing, reading, or enjoying the atmosphere. Ceiling and portable fans provide comfort on warmer days. Blackout curtains allow you to control natural light according to your preference.

The smart TV with cable channels offers entertainment. The social bathroom is fully equipped, featuring a step-free accessible shower, basic toiletries such as soap, towels, and toilet paper, as well as hot water at all times.

KITCHEN:

Fully equipped with a cooktop, small electric oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, blender, and toaster. Also included: dishes, cutlery, utensils, and a water bottle.

The building offers a 24-hour front desk and an elevator for easy access.

The space is quiet, with enforced quiet hours from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM, ensuring a peaceful rest. Well-ventilated, with fresh air in every room. Casual décor that balances functionality and style.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT

CHECK-IN:

From 2:00 PM onward. If you wish to arrive as early as 9:00 AM, this is possible at no extra cost, provided there is no departing guest — the key is to inform us in advance of your arrival time so we can ensure everything is ready.

All guests must send a photo of their ID document up to 72 hours before arrival — your information is protected under Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD).

Everyone entering the building must identify themselves at the front desk — this is for everyone’s safety.

Key delivery is done in person. Important: arrivals after 8:00 PM may be subject to an additional fee. Please inform us in advance so we can arrange the best option at the lowest possible cost. If access to the accommodation is via keypad/password, it’s very easy — you may arrive at any time after check-in.

CHECK-OUT:

By 12:00 PM. You may check out as late as 3:00 PM at no additional cost, provided there is no incoming guest.

If your stay involves physical keys, simply leave them on the table, unplug any equipment, dispose of trash properly, and close the door upon departure. If you need to store your luggage, you can rely on our base at: Constante Ramos Street, 43A, Copacabana.

The name Copacabana carries a fascinating history that begins in the 19th century, when the region was a rural area called Sacopenapã, of Tupi origin meaning "good land for hunting", and transformed into a tourist icon in the 1920s with the construction of the wavy sidewalk that today enchants the world.

TRANSPORTATION:

Siqueira Campos Metro Station provides access to Line 1 (South Zone), connecting you to Ipanema, Leblon, Downtown, the North Zone, and other key stations. The walk to the station is short and safe, approximately 300 meters.

Multiple bus lines serve the area, offering connections to Downtown, the North Zone, the West Zone, and other beaches such as Ipanema, Leme, and Recreio.

Traditional taxis are available at nearby stands, along the beachfront, and throughout the neighborhood. Ride-hailing apps such as Uber and 99 provide modern alternatives with upfront pricing.

PARKING:

Parking is available on Barata Ribeiro Street, No. 500 (covered, 24-hour service, 100 meters away). Another option is on Nossa Senhora de Copacabana Avenue, No. 605 (covered, automated, 24-hour service, 400 meters away).

That said, in Copacabana you can do most of your getting around on foot — and it’s far more enjoyable.

Santos Dumont Airport (SDU) is approximately 10 km away, about a 15-minute drive. Rio de Janeiro–Galeão International Airport (GIG) is around 25 km away, roughly a 45-minute drive, depending on traffic.

Novo Rio Bus Terminal is approximately 12 km away for those arriving by intercity buses.
