Eu utilizei a apartamento por 7 meses, de maio à dez de 2015. A localização é excelente, no bairro do Flamengo, distante 5 minutos da estação de metrô e a 2 minutos do parque do Aterro do Flamengo, local excelente para praticar esportes, especialmente para correr e pedalar. O apartamento é muito bom e o prédio tem ótima infra-estrutura (academia, piscina, coffee shop, lavanderia). Os proprietários são muito solícitos, estão sempre disponíveis para resolver qualquer problema. Eu costumava contactá-los via e-mail, telefone, Whats App e sempre obtinha resposta rapidamente.
Recomendo!
