Apartamento ideal para temporada, completo, ótima localização. Estrutura da cozinha muito boa, permite fazer as refeições em casa se desejar. O proprietário é atencioso e sempre pronto para solucionar qualquer problema que venha a ocorrer. A equipe de portaria do prédio estão sempre dispostos a ajudar. Recomendo a locação!!!

O apartamento é muito bom com uma ótima localização na Lapa, proximo a bancos, supermercado, farmácia, etc. Os quartos são confortáveis, com ar condicionado e o apartamento em geral estava com boas condicões de limpeza. O dono foi super atencioso e flexivel e tudo ocorreu conforme o esperado. O preço pago foi justo e recomendaria a estadia para outras pessoas (amigos ou família).

Apartamento super bem localizado, limpo, organizado, em ótimo estado de conservação e super confortável, exatamente como na fotos. Fomos num grupo de 11 pessoas e ficamos todos muito bem instalados. Para ser totalmente perfeito só precisaria ter um banheiro a mais. O proprietário é muito atencioso e confiável. O apartamento é maravilhoso, localizaçao , comodos , funcionarios , instalaçoes no apartamento por completo. Móveis em otimas condiçoes, tudo exatamento como aparece no site. A recepçao com o Proprietario excelente, tirando todas as duvidas e dando várias sugestoes. Super indico, pois nos sentimos muito a vontade! Os passeios que fizemos e os lugares que conhecemos (noite da lapa - praias - sambodromo- angra e muito mais) Valeu a pena , como valerá mais vezes.

Adorei a estadia neste apartamento, tudo bem localizado indico sem medo de errar tudo bem organizado. Fui super bem atendida, a localização do apto é ótima tem um ponto de ônibus bem enfrente do prédio onde passa ônibus para toda parte da cidade. Para quem gosta da vida noturna super indico a Lapa, onde tem vários barzinhos!!! Ah sem contar no porteiro Kleber super atencioso com agente. SUPER RECOMENDO!!!! Uma ótima opção, por um preço justo

Adorei estar neste apartamento, parecia que alguem morava lá, tudo limpo e bem organizado. Não precisei reclamar de nada, o chuveiro era quente, sem vazamentos, as janelas abriam e fechavam com facilidade, a geladeira gelava etc. Perguntei ao proprietário sobre onibus e transporte urbano, fui muito bem atendido. Recomendo este imóvel para qualquer pessoa que precise. Localização é ótima, próximo a supermercado e próximo a Lapa, onde quase sempre fiquei para jantar e me divertir. Pode alugar, qualquer pessoa vai gostar e por um preço justo.

Stay for the World Cup

My friends and I stayed at this apartment for the world cup in 2014. It was perfect for what we needed there was plenty of space for the five of us and the the apartment was clean, the location was great and Ricky is easy to deal with. The building is secure and managed 24hrs by very friendly and helpful concierges (we don't speak a lot of Portuguese and they don't speak English but they tried very hard to help us and we always greeting us with a smile). The apartment looks bigger than the photos show and we had plenty of space to hang out in (not that we did much of that). The apartment is centrally located and is a quick walk to Lapa and Santa Teresa, there are buses across the road that go almost anywhere - the apartment is on a main road so it is noisy almost all the time (ear plugs are a must) - but it is a price you pay for the convenience of the location. Ricky was helpful in getting everything ready for us to arrive and provided us with clean linen. He met our friends on the day of their arrival and showed them round the apartment and even helped them get a sim card. All in all the apartment was just as it is described in the listing and we were happy with our choice - would recommend.

Locamos o apartamento durante o carnaval e o imóvel se mostrou muito prático: amplo, limpo, arejado, bem localizado (no centro da cidade), com fácil acesso a transporte público e possibilidade de ir a pé p/ diversos blocos. O ar condicionado e a cordialidade dos funcionários do condomínio também foram um diferencial.
