The bathroom was quite dirty with some of the trim being rotten from mould and whatnot. The bathroom also had gnats in it. The curtain for the window was also broken and had major holes in it. The staff were very friendly however and helped me out in my travels.

The room was not clean, the bed was old with a lot of torn and stains, the sheets had stains, the towel was very old and in bad shape, there was mold in the bathroom, no service in the room like water, the door was stuck and I need help to opened. The breakfast was not good at all.

The hotel has pleasant common areas, but the internet is only reliable in the reception area. The staff is hard to reach by phone, and cleanliness is an issue, with flies and mold present. Check-in lacks essential information (breakfast, check-out) and there are unexpected charges for the bag room (30 real) and the bottles of water provided in the room. The bedding is basic (two pillows, a sheet instead of a duvet). Unfortunately the room was not sound proof. While staff are friendly, the hotel feels more like a 2-3 star experience.

I stayed at this hotel for 6 nights and was very disappointed. The room was missing what I consider basic amenities: no mini fridge, no microwave, no hair dryer, and no iron. When I checked in, I noticed the bathroom floor towel was dirty with shoe marks. I requested room service on the 4th day, and all they did was hang the same towels back up instead of replacing them. The surrounding area felt a little unsafe, though we did find a nice bar and bakery just a 5 minute walk away.

We had a 5 day stay here that awful!!! On night one I asked for five hangers and a laugage rack. This took 3 days. There was no cleaning service UNTIL I went to the front desk for the 8th time on the 4th day. Each time I was told I was in excellent hands. Boy on the 8th time I lost my cool at the desk. The toilet and bathroom had not been cleaned, the towels were beginning to smell, the untucked bottom sheet was no longer staying on the bed. We had enjoyed the beach on day one and it could be felt or heard as you walked around. The room was well air conditioned and the food service was absolutely worth the price: always excellent flavor and variety. Be aware that this hotel has a chain of command. First you have to tell the person who signed you in the it's the manager who absolutely USELESS Next in command is the Assistant to the General Manager Carlos who listened an offered a free meal which it had taken up to the 5th day to get to. This was check out day. He also promised that should we return he would garuntee he would make sure our next stay experience would be an excellent experience. I do not know Assistant to the General Manager Carlos. We shall see, maybe????? Everyone can have a bad 5 days even the Alantico Prime Hotel.

EStrutura do hotel é boa , porem muito mal preservado, sem manutenção, banheiro mofado, colchão cherando mal, não tinha tolha pra tudo mundo, eu pedi 3 vezes , mesmo assim so entrgou no dia seguinte.. quarto espaçoso, no tv so tem canal aberto , esperava muito mais..... localização horroso, rua e as redondesa é muito feio pessimo... ja mais voltaria... Cafe de manha ok, simples mas foi o melhor

Terrível No check in teve gente que ficou mais de 3hr, teve barraco, ambiente sujo, o quarto não tinha NADA a ver com o superluxo que peguei, ferro não tinha, tentava ligar pra recepção e NENHUM canal atendia, o ambiente parece um bordel, todo escuro, toalhas tão desgastadas que estava até transparente, coberta também não existe, só um lençol zinho fino que já fica na cama, são tantas camadas….

Se você tiver sorte terá um apartamento bom. Fiquei MAL hospedado, em um apartamento com central de ar que não gela, e com serviço de limpeza de quarto péssimo. Apesar de reclamar várias vezes, em 6 dias, permaneceu muita sujeira embaixo das camas, e só espiraram a central.

O quarto estava com chão sujo, telefone não estava funcionando. Funcionários do serviço de buffet do café mal humorados reclamando do grande número de hóspedes. Em alguns momentos foi necessário aguardar na fila, pois não tinha louça suficiente para serviço do café da manhã. O número de funcionários era pequeno para a demanda de hóspedes no período de feriado do dia 20/11.

O quarto era bom, mas não tinha frigobar. Na verdade, nenhuma acomodação do Hotel possui frigobar (segundo a recepção), então isso deixa a desejar e muito! Ainda mais no Rio de Janeiro. Quando chegamos precisamos pedir as toalhas e um cabo para ligar a TV, mas fomos prontamente atendidos. A cama era um pouco dura e o travesseiro também, podem melhorar o conforto. Mas, no geral, em termos de atendimento foi tudo tranquilo. O café da manhã pode ser melhor, sentimos falta de mais variedades, ainda passando 4 dias comendo a mesma coisa. Em todo caso, não é de todo ruim.
