Good travel atopover

Good option for short ride to the airport. Several restaurants and department stores within walking distance. The building is well maintained and the staff were friendly as well as helpful. Breakfast has lots of good options.

Room was pretty small but clean & had a mini fridge and a microwave. Friendly & helpful staff. Key card to our room wouldn’t work so we were given a different room facing the highway. We arrived around midnight & checked out at 06:00 & didn’t have time for breakfast. I would definitely return & recommend this hotel.

Not the safest area but the overall hotel from inside was good. rooms were decent, beds were fine, we had issue with 1 room and staff simply took care of it by switching. Dont eat here though. Food is terrible, ordered 8 things none of them finished

The staff at reception was nice - can’t remember his name but he works the night shift . He was so friendly and welcoming :) Now for the cons: The room was extremely hot and the air conditioned is set on 18celsius as the lowest you can adjust which never cooled to a point of comfort :( the impact windows are a nice touch to curb sound but not the heat. The breakfast was not all exciting . The options were okay but the flavors were not :( I only had the Paozinho de queijo which did not taste like Paozinho and overall I was underwhelmed with the selection . Everything was only okay and some of the items on the displayed I have no idea what they were and I do speak Portuguese :(

The desk staff and all staff very friendly. Not a great location but perfect for my transit. Very helpful staff no problem rebooking when I missed my bus. Even my taxi drivers have been very pleasent. All round absolutely no complaints.

The check in was easy, and the staff was helpful and professional. However, the room I booked was for 1 queen bed, instead received a room with 2 wobbly single beds. Sheets were not clean.
