The hotel is difficult to find in the airport. We have been rejected by a staff completely helpless. They required us document fo dad with minor daughter, we gave them by WhatsApp but continued to request more. I did decide to leave this hotel and we went to our next hotel that welcome us without any questions . hotel to avoid absolutely, the worst welcome to Brazil! Totally unacceptable, unprofessional. I was totally upset by their helpless attitude . Lost a paid room

Para comenzar no tenían el servicio de transfer del aeropuerto al hotel, tuvimos que caminar super tarde y cansados para llegar, luego nos atendieron muy mal en recepción, una vez llegamos a la pieza no podíamos modificar la temperatura del aire acondicionado, nate lo cual pedimos ayuda y dos personas fueron sin poder solucionar el tema, no nos dieron ninguna solución, solamente darnos ms frazadas, al final nos tuvimos que dormir muertos de frío y abrazados para poder dormir, el desayuno nada de otro mundo, las instalaciones anticuadas y sin ventanas. Mala experiencia

A no frills hotel room. Perfect for a one night stay between flights. Located within Terminal 1. About a 7-10 minute walk to Terminal 2. No windows, so if you need daylight, this isn’t for you. Breakfast was great! I was able to snag a double room for $126 CDN, which I think is great value. Staff was fine at check-in and check-out.

Ok for a quick stopover. Clean, good A/C, wife thought the bed was great, me…it was OK. Staff was not welcoming or cordial. They acted like they were doing us a favor…pretty gruff. Be advised, this hotel is built into the nearly abandoned Terminal 1. Even the taxi drivers did not know where it was. Again…for one night when our flight was cancelled, it worked.

The staff was very nice and accommodating. I was able to use the room from 10am - 8pm which was fine for me with my midnight departure. Otherwise, I wouldn't recommend the hotel for a longer stay. The room was very basic, but clean. And be aware that the hotel location is in Terminal 1 at Rio (GIG). T1 is closed, all flights go in and out of Terminal 2. There is a free shuttle between, but you have to call the hotel and ask for it.

The receptionist was friendly, and both shuttle drivers were really nice. We arrived in Rio at midnight, so staying there was great, easy to get the free shuttle to the hotel, and the breakfast was really good.

Hôtel location is excellent- close to the beach and close to all the stores and restaurants. Staff is helpful in finding tours, etc. The rooms are a bit run down but clean. No microwave, coffee machine or tea pot in the room or in easy access at the hotel. For us the biggest issue was no access to filtered water - had to either buy or ask the staff to fill our water bottles in the basement staff kitchen.

Se equivocaron en la recepción y me dieron la llave de otra habitación. Entramos y había una persona durmiendo, pobre. Estuvimos dando mil vueltas por todos lados a las 4am. Deberían indicar que para ir al hotel es mejor entrar por la terminal 0-B y subir por el ascensor. Yendo por la terminal 1 hay que caminar muchísimo!

Upon my arrival after 3pm the reception attendant asked me if I was alone, who made the reservation. I informed him that my husband flight was delayed and he will arrive late. I provided his passport, phone. photo however when he came to the hotel the new attendant did allow him in, called me to the room and asked me to come to the reception for him. When confronted he lied to my husband and said I did not authorize him at chek in. This is not a good hotel and I demand that this hotel be delisted from you site and hotels.com

Infelizmente foi uma das piores experiências que tive! Optei por este hotel, pois meu voo era às 3 da manhã! Meu quarto era ao lado da governança e os funcionários não tiveram um pingo de cuidado e respeito, falando alto de madrugada, batendo o carrinho, cheguei a abrir a porta e pedir por favor silêncio, mas mesmo assim esse quarto era impossível alguém dormir! O pior foi eu comunicar na recepção e ouvir que estavam lotados e não podiam fazer nada! Sinceramente não volto e não recomendo!
