「Wonderful location, close to quiet north Tenerife parks and Santa Cruz. Interesting architecturally designed building right on ocean and private black sand beach. Three big sliding glass doors to patios, all with ocean views. We were able to leave doors open and listen to the ocean at night. Comfortable bed and shower with good pressure. Fast and reliable WiFi. Super easy self entry and kind and very responsive host. We had a wonderful stay.」

「Perfect stay for us. Instructions for entry were very clear. The accommodation is beautiful, very comfortable and spotless. Breakfast very well presented, a good choice. Would certainly recommend to independent travellers. 」

「Suite remarquablement décorée et très spacieuse. Trés bel hôtel particulier avec un jardin remarquable.Trés bien placé a l'entrée de la zone piétonne avec des parkings a proximité immédiate. Deux bémols : équipement de cuisine un peu succinct, et surtout suite donnant sur une rue très bruyante (en particulier dans la nuit de samedi jusqu'à 3H00 du matin) sans insonorisation. Préférez les suites sur cour ou jardin.」

「Die Höhlenwohnung ist liebevoll und gut eingerichtet. Im Sommer perfekt, an kürzeren Tagen fehlt etwas Licht und Aussicht im Schlafzimmer, die Ausrichtung geht nach Westen, also Abendsonne. Man kann gut wandern direkt von der Anlage aus, die Besitzer geben Tips.」

「Excellent séjour dans cet hôtel proche de rues très sympa à Santa Cruz de Tenerife. Les chambres sont aussi belles que sur le photos. Équipe réactive en cas de besoin. La rue devant l’hôtel est plutôt calme. Si nous retournons à Tenerife nous ne manqueront pas de réserver au Hi Suites à nouveau !」

「Large spacious apartment 」

「El hotel es muy bonito y está muy bien ubicado en el centro de San Cristóbal de la Laguna. Habitación amplia, camas cómodas, baño muy completo con accesorios de todo tipo (gel, champú, acondicionador, crema, etc.) y todo muy limpio. No usamos la piscina porque no hacía muy buen tiempo. Hay una plaza detrás donde se puede aparcar y sino en el mismo hotel hay parking. La atención del personal también muy agradable. Muy buen sitio para disfrutar en esa zona.」

「Good location, clean and great roof top bar and pool. Narrow inconvenient basement parking. Hotel’s employee did minimum effort to explain how to access the parking. Next day we use a public parking at 10 minutes walk from the hotel.」

「Après une route plutôt chaotique la maison est dans un lieu retiré et au calme ce qui en fait un site super de repos. En plus situé a 15 minutes de Cruz de carmen point de départ de nombreuses randonnées, cool...」

「Area around the hotel extremely loud; I have been paid by PayPal but before check in, hotel was asking for identifying for my credit card ???? friendly personal; good breakfast - maybe I will come back 」

「Had a lovely city shopping break with a pool to relax around afterwards. We booked a junior suite and it was massive and really clean and quiet . 5-10 minutes walk to the shops . 」
