Welcome to your home away from home on our charming boutique horse ranch in the heart of Rio Linda. This cozy 2-bedroom 5th wheel guest home is nestled right next to the barn and offers a one-of-a-kind rural retreat surrounded by horses, nature, and wide-open skies.

Originally designed as guest quarters for clinic participants and visiting family, this unit is perfect for anyone looking to relax, recharge, or immerse themselves in the serene rhythm of ranch life. Enjoy a cup of coffee by the indoor fireplace, sit under the stars in the evenings, or simply watch the horses graze just steps away from your door.

The unit features:

* Onsite parking and direct access to the ranch grounds

Please Note:
This is an active working horse ranch. While the paddocks and barns are part of the property's beauty, they also contain hot wire fencing. For your safety, please speak with Ranch Manager Michael before entering any horse areas. Dogs are occasionally running freely around the ranch, so we ask all guests to remain mindful and respectful of the animals.

We proudly maintain our ranch with organic practices—no pesticides or herbicides are used on the grounds. In-season cherries, citrus, and other fruits are available to guests as our way of sharing the land's abundance.

Whether you're joining us for a clinic, visiting loved ones, or simply seeking a peaceful rural escape, this 5th wheel stay provides a unique and memorable experience.

This is a nice new trailer, comfortable and well fitted out. Maria and Herb are very friendly and helpful. There was an early issue with power to the unit, and Herb skillfully fixed it quickly. If you like being near animals, this is your place. The horses nearby and the ducks and chickens in the farmyard made this a relaxing country experience for me. Would definitely stay again.
