Hospedamos pela primeira vez no Paradise. Um lugar muito lindo! Quando desci pra área de lazer e vi o acesso ao rio quente, toda a área de lazer do clube nos apaixonamos, tiramos muitas fotos lindas. Só achamos a água do rio fria, mas fomos informados que é devido ao clima nesta época. Vivian é uma pessoa muito prestativa, já alugamos APs de vc algumas vezes e sempre nos atendeu muito bem. Muito obrigada Vivian e Leonardo!

Fiquei bastante decepcionada, o imóvel está precisando de reforma, possui infiltrações na parede de um dos quartos e banheiro, não tivemos como utilizar a TV, por falta de pilhas no controle, e o contato com o proprietário foi bem difícil, devido o tempo de resposta, onde no final da estadia as pilhas não foram trocadas. Estava também com duas lâmpadas queimadas, sendo uma na cozinha e outra no banheiro. As capas de colchões bastante sujas, onde em época de pandemia, essa higienização é básica. Internet de péssima qualidade, e o condomínio bastante cheio, tive a impressão que não estão tendo o controle de quantidade de pessoas devido a pandemia.

Recepção atenciosa e muito esclarecedora, imóvel limpo e utensílios de cozinhas básicos fizeram toda a diferença. ( só o filtro da pia que estava indisponível para uso). Piscinas e acesso ao rio impecáveis, limpos e organizados. Rio simplesmente perfeito. Recomendo a levar opções elétricas tipo fritadeira sem óleo, sanduicheira e liquidificar para facilitar nas refeições. Assim ficaria perfeita 🤩

A limpeza do imóvel péssima. A estrutura mínima de cozinha estava precária( higiene e não tinha copos e xicaras para café), banheiro da suite está mofado e a higienização dos banheiros estava ruim. Os administradores são atenciosos, mais precisam cuidar da manutenção do imóvel.

Expectativas atendidas

Gostei muito do imóvel, nos acolheu bem nos dias em que passamos nos Thermas. Ele precisa de algumas reformas mas apenas para melhorar a estética, no conforto e limpeza tudo ok. PS: tem um vazamento no teto do banheiro da suite, creio que vem do ape de cima.

Dias agradáveis

Ap bem bem desconfortável. Não há mesa e cadeiras pra refeições. Nenhuma travessa pra lanche ou salada, pouquíssimos utensílios de cozinha, tivemos que comprar algumas vasilhas inclusive vassoura e pa de lixo.Lâmpada da cozinha estava queimada, tive que sair pra comprar , mas na região não tinha. O moço da manutenção foi mto atencioso e adaptou um pendente pra nós. Mas o residencial é muito Bom, já estive la outras vezes e minha família gosta muito.
