“Great location!”

“Thank you so much for the very comfortable stay. We stay here every year and it all works perfect for our needs.”

“We had everything we needed to enjoy a wonderful, spacious and memorable time at this well appointed vrbo. We will definitely be back to this specific vrbo as the location was ideal and close to family.”

“We loved our stay, it is so cozy! We will definitely book again! Communication is fabulous!”

“Kristen is an excellent host. She responded to my communications very timely. This property is an example of "You get what You pay for". In Real Estate that means "Location, Location, Location". This property lets you enjoy the Festival with the comforts of Being at Your Home. Host is very accommodating. The property (Inside & Out) are Clean and Spacious. We do hope to return to this property.”

“The checking was a little hassle. Was told it was okay to check in at 230 but had to wait till actual 3. Everything was covered in dog hair and lent. Walking in the house had a bad smell. The place wasn’t heating up. It was cold in the back room even with heater running. The couch had stains on it, Had to sweep and wipe down surfaces because of the dog hair. Sheets had hair on it. ”

“So responsive! The place is bigger than it appears in pictures. Wonderful outdoor spaces.”

“Beautiful property. Sad we only had one night. My only complaint were the mini splits. Very low air flow, and the unit in the bedroom makes a noticeable noise. Would be great if there were some stand-up fans to circulate air in the unit.”

“Needed a quick stop and found the room clean with a comfy double king bed. The pool area was well maintained and inviting.”

“We had the best time in this home!! We loved the views and quiet neighborhood!! Home was clean and well cared for!!”

“Second time staying at Kimberley’s townhouse and just as the first time it was very clean and ready to go for our stay. Very comfortable and she was available right away when we had any questions. Will stay here again!!!!!”

“Casa Bonita is a beautiful property in the equally beautiful village of Corrales, New Mexico. The house was spotless and had all the amenities (and more) that we needed. Everything was well organized and easy to find. We especially enjoyed the location which was rural and quiet and yet near to the attractions of Albuquerque.”

“The house has a lot of character and is in a quiet location, perfect for our purposes. However there is quite a lot of deferred maintenance around the property -- broken dishwasher (one of two were functioning), barely functioning dryer, cracks in the walls, etc. The outside patios were not well kept. There were ropes hanging down and the chairs were dispersed everywhere. The floors were generally dirty and the bathrooms were not very clean. At the very least the beds were very comfortable and……

“We really enjoyed our time together there for thanksgiving weekend!! With 3 families all together and plenty of elbow room!! Large house with plenty of room, comfortable beds. Well appointed kitchens! It’s a quiet country home! We enjoyed the outside patio and chimenea! ”

“Nice home convenient location not guest-ready BYO dishes/flatware/cookware in need of maintenance ”
