We had a lovely stay. The room had a wonderful view of the water from our window and an easy walk down to great restaurants. The staff picked us up at the train station and brought us to the property. Made it so easy.

Great location! Amazing customer service!! They went above and beyond any place we've ever stayed at before. They met us at the train station to bring us to our room and when we were running late the next day they headed to the train station to help us get to where we needed to go on time. The room was very comfortable with a nice hot shower and good water pressure. Very impressed that they had recycling bins in the room. We highly recommend this hotel!

The staff of this hotel called me earlier and waited for us at a train station, because it is a little complicated to get to the hotel. Once you got into the hotel, it was so wonderful. Yiu can see the ocean and hear the waves coming and going. The room was super clean and very cozy.

Smaller but very comfortable room in Riomaggiore. Beautiful view of the town and marina from the window. Staff met us at the train station and escorted us to our room (a short walk away). They helped us get our passes for walking the trails in the Cinque Terra and our pass for the via dell amore to Manarola. Owner and staff were very friendly, spoke english and were very enthusiastic to provide helpful information, recommendations and directions to insure we had a fantastic experience there.

Gostaria de elogiar o Hotel Alla Marina pela excelente experiência que proporcionou durante minha estadia. Em especial, um grande agradecimento ao Estefano, que se destacou pelo atendimento prestativo, sempre atento e dedicado a garantir o melhor para os hóspedes e ao Sandro que deu todas as orientações e suporte sempre respondendo minhas dúvidas. O quarto era simplesmente impecável: limpo, muito bonito e extremamente confortável, com aquecimento adequado, proporcionando um ambiente acolhedor. Um detalhe especial foi o cantinho do café, equipado com cafeteira Nespresso, chaleira elétrica, cápsulas de café e chazinhos, além do toque de carinho ao nos agraciar com duas águas Cinque Terre. Foi uma estadia maravilhosa, e sem dúvida, a hospitalidade e a qualidade dos serviços fizeram toda a diferença.

We enjoyed our stay in Riomaggorie and Cinque Terre. This is such a great place to stay. We choose a bigger room that had a third bed, and we had great views of the water. The owners are very nice. While it does not include breakfast, there are groceries nearby to buy food. They have coffee and tea in the room. Will be back.

Came her in 2012. Booked now in Feb 2025 hoping it would Bea's good. YES! Easy walk from the train,right in the Port near restaurants, cafes, shops Rooms are lovely, stylish & comfortable. Excellent WiFi & showers, extra pillows & blanket, bar fridge, espresso machine, kettle and our room had a gorgeous view. Sandro & staff are so welcoming and helpful. Loved staying here this time even more than last time. GREAT place!

Great proximity to the marina and the train station. Unfortunately- we were there during the off season so half of the shops and restaurants were closed... which was a real bummer but even the restaurants that were open, didn't have a lot of patronage so I understand. We had a room with a view and the only bummer about it was that it was right next to the office which can be a little noisy during the day. Otherwise- the owners were great and the facility was very hospitable in meeting us at the train station. Would recommend!
