“Nous avons séjourné deux nuits dans cet hôtel au cadre magnifique : vue splendide sur la montagne, piscine très agréable avec ses bedpools confortables, et un personnel vraiment adorable et attentif.
Cependant, trois points nous ont déçus :
• Pas d’eau chaude durant tout notre séjour (3 jours).
• Aucune carte indiquant les tarifs des consommations.
• Une nuit particulièrement difficile à cause de voisins ayant mis la musique à fond et chanté jusqu’à 3 h du matin, malgré nos demandes répétées……

“We (group of 4) were delighted by this beautiful hotel. It is set on a mountainside surrounded with fruit and coffee plantation. Our rooms were clean and bright, with modern ensuite bathrooms. We enjoyed our meals in the dining area, with fabulous view over the valley and distant hills. The swimming pool and hot tub were clean and lovely. Best of all - the staff are wonderful, helpful, cheerful, friendly and so patient with us travellers. Only one challenge: the road up to the hotel is in poor……

“We loved our stay at Hotel Macao. It's a lovely property run by very friendly people. The breakfast was amazing, with fresh fruits, eggs, arepa, cheese, etc. The shower had hot water. It's the best hotel we stayed at during our time in Colombia!”

“We had a wonderful stay at WR Boutique Hotel in Jardín. It is a beautiful and elegant hotel, with an exceptional level of cleanliness — everything felt spotless, and the bed linens were absolutely perfect.
The view from the balcony is stunning and truly adds to the experience.
The location is very convenient — just a 10-minute walk to the town center, and there are many great restaurants nearby.
The staff is wonderful, very friendly, and always ready to help.
