「We stayed for 2nights, I originally booked a cozy room but was upgraded on arrival, the room was beautiful, fresh cookies everyday , tea coffee replenished, the bed so comfortable, the location was perfect for getting around the Cotswolds and at night the hotel looked was stunning loved the water wheel , we ate at the restaurant one night and the food was delicious I can’t fault the hotel at all 」

「Doubletree Hilton at Cheltenham is fabulous for family trip where I ever experienced with. The staffs were very helpful for everything even I requested so much to suit for the elderly, such as shower bathroom etc. I would highly recommend the Hilton at Cheltenham for everyone.」

「I went for a night away for my partners birthday. I’d put in a request a bottle of Prosecco to be put in our room and Debbie who messaged me back was happy to do that for me. I’d then received a message the day of our reservation that our room had been upgraded to their bridal suite complementary. I can’t thank the staff enough for making our stay so enjoyable, we will definitely be back. The room was spotless」
