“One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. We booked their most expensive suite — supposedly their best — and it was a letdown from the moment we walked in. The fridge was broken. The room was missing basic amenities you’d expect at this price point. Tea was served only when we asked for it, and the cookies that came with it were stale. The restaurant was somehow worse — you place an order and the waiter simply disappears. Not once, not twice, but repeatedly. We’d sit there waiting for someone……

“I booked two different rooms. First room was good and overall experience was fine. But then I shifted to higher end room but that was really bad experience. Towels are missing, soap dispenser was broken, spider webs were clearly visible in some part of room. Shower water leaks on bathroom floor which is really bad because you need to be very careful while walking from shower to room - this problem exists in both upper end rooms. So i went to tell at reception, but person was simply doing……

“The wifi was pathetic, no internet on the wifi whatsoever, even I have to get addition data packs on my airtel network to use the internet at night, but then too, airtel signal is also very weak in there. I have not seen such bad wifi network in any 5* hotels I've stayed, please spend some money and upgrade your wifi/speeds as this is not cheap hotel and people expect good wifi, specially when travelling. We booked classic room as it was only available at that time. The room was good, service……
