The primary bedroom is located on the ground floor, with the remaining bedrooms, including a mother-in-law suite, on the second floor. The kitchen includes state of the art appliances and opens to both formal and informal dining areas, great for entertaining guests. The living space and screened back patio are furnished with comfortable sofas and lounge chairs providing a great place to relax after a long day on the course or hiking local trails.

A wheelchair lift is present in the garage. One (1) step through doorway beyond the lift.
