Great place to stay for our family wedding weekend
In Trenton for a family wedding and came across this lovely home. It was about 20 min drive over rolling hills from the venue. The home is remote enough so that you feel like you are out in the country. The street actually backs up to part of Cloudland canyon state park. Beautiful area lots of hiking around. Close enough to restaurants and Dollar general is very close for this things your forgot. Nice big house with lots of space for everyone.
Had all the little things that most rentals don’t have that made it so much easier for us. Home was very clean and stocked well. We are a group of ladies in town for a wedding at McLemore at Cloudland but wanted to all stay together. This was a great option as it was close to the venue and we were all able to have our own room with king beds. Floor plan was great for us!

We stayed at Rising Fawn home for two nights to attend events at the Southeast Linemen Training Center. It was a great place for us since we had people from four different households attending. We loved having the four different bedrooms and bathrooms which enabled us all to get ready in a timely fashion. The house is clean and well maintained and included a space for us to all be together during our down time. Since we arrived early, the owners allowed us to enter early to rest from our morning flight.
This beautiful, clean, and comfortable home was exceptional. We appreciated the proximity to many popular activities within several to 30 minutes of safe highway or roadway driving. We enjoyed having morning coffee or a snack on the back deck behind the kitchen. Neighborhood is lined with lovely homes and seemed very safe. Cloudland Canyon is up the road, and should not be missed. Host ( Amy ) is the owner and was exceptionally responsive to all questions as well as offering ideas on additional activities and places to visit during our stay.We liked the home and area so much we extended our stay by an additional night. Our pup enjoyed walks on the safe road and oversized yard. Neighbors we encountered were friendly and so were the pups in the area. All in all an excellent property, location, and visit. Thank you for your hospitality.
We had a very lovely visit the home is very clean and well organized it slept the 6 of us very comfortably lots of space when we come back to visit I will definitely book it again
Came to the area for a wedding. The house was clean and we loved the fact that there were 4 king beds and 4 baths. The made it easy for our group to get ready. It is best to text the owner if needed. I sent an email and after 3 days , called. The was great with which to work once I got her. Recommend Cafe 136 just down the road for a meat and veggie meal. We didn’t get to use the fire pit or back porch but both were nice.
everything was good except the cookware was not quality, very cheap. It made frying eggs almost impossible due to the cheap little flat iron being somewhat warped and it all going to the edges of the pan.
Talk about a pleasant surprise. This is a 4 BR house, each bedroom has a king size bed and spacious, the living room is open and comfortable, great kitchen and laundry. We enjoyed every bit of our stay. From a fire in the firepit to my grandchildren running around the yard kicking the soccer ball. The house is only about 30 minutes from Rock City and Chattanooga and is a nice drive. I think I saw maybe one car drive by while we were outside; not a busy road. There is a house next door and across the street. Amy is the owner and she is super. I highly recommend this property and will definitely be returning.
