“排場做的很好 細節不到位 裝修很美 在山裡 但是房間的床品很差 頂多三星水平 床墊 床單 枕頭 根本不是高檔貨 睡的不說服 景色不錯 可是周圍除了hiking路線沒什麼景點 看一天山景也就無聊了 spa很漂亮 可惜有小孩的只能9-10點 2-3點兩個時間段去 所以池裡擠滿了家庭 簡直就是covid溫床 餐廳不好吃 服務員都是附近村民沒經過服務訓練的樣子。 其他設施還是不錯的 給四星 除了以上這些問題 不自駕的話坐巴士到esclat超市下來打電話給酒店訂taxi 大概14歐左右8分鐘內 反正這邊taxi很貴”

“Everything was good and we had no issues. The staff was amazing. Very helpful and attentive.
Location was fantastic.
My only comment I have is about the shower in the bathroom. Very nice bathroom with everything you need except as in the European way there is no shower on the wall just a handheld shower head by the beautiful tub. Even a half enclosure.
But for North Americans a bit of a challenge. You have to sit in the tub to used the shower head.
Otherwise great.”

“We stayed at Hotel Balneari Termes Orion for 3 nights at the end of May 2026 to attend the wedding of a friend who got married close by.
Friendly, helpful staff, who were very accommodating.
The breakfast buffet is great, with lots of options, worth spending the extra money. Lovely cocktails at the bar too.
The rooms were great - good size, comfortable bed, air con worked really well and large, powerful shower.
Lovely pool, with lots of sun loungers and umbrellas. You get a towel voucher……

“Absolutely loved this hotel and the staff was amazingly accommodating! They were very helpful in answering all of our questions via messaging through the Expedia app prior to our stay. During our stay they were so welcoming. They also helped to arrange transportation to the Barcelona airport upon our departure & even packed us a picnic breakfast since we had to leave before breakfast service began.
The views from our room and from the hotel pool were absolutely beautiful. The loungers by the……
