Die Wohnung mit dem Bergblick liegt nicht weit von Zentrum einerseits und vom Busbahnhof andererseits. Man kann viel wandern oder Tagesausflüge machen.Die Wohnung selbst ist zwar mit technischen Geräten gut ausgestattet, aber nicht alles funktioniert einwandfrei. Die Markise über dem Balkon lässt sich nicht bewegen. Einer von zwei Balkonstühlen war kaputt. Auch das Licht im Bad ging nicht.Unsere freundliche Empfehlung an Gastgeber: vor jedem Besuch alles überprüfen.Die Kommunikation mit dem Büro funktionierte einwandfrei. Die jungen Menschen dort waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.Im ganzen sind wir sehr zufrieden und wünschen alles gute.

Die Wohnung liegt in der zweiten Etage und war aufgrund der Temperaturen ziemlich aufgeheizt und mit einigem Verkehrslärm. Grundsätzlich entsprach sie dem Versprochenen. Allerdings waren bei Anreise leider einige Sauberkeitsmängel festzustellen. Bis zum Zentrum von Riva sind es fussläufig ca. 800m. Unten im Haus befindet sich ein leckerer Pizza Lieferdienst. Die Parkmöglichkeit befand sich in drei Gehminuten Entfernung in einer TiefgarageInsgesamt empfehlenswert.
