The Villa Rosa is located on the main road between Riva and Arco, in a conveniently accessible location, close to the picturesque center of Riva and from the beach.
The new apartments are of high quality and comfortable.

Each apartment b ffers generous space and good sound isolation and is therefore very well suited for families.

All apartments are furnished in different styles, with heating, parking, some with whirlpool, sauna, air conditioning, dishwasher and spacious terraces or balconies with panoramic views.

Each apartment is comfortably furnished and offers, among others, gas hob, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, TV with satellite connection, a large dining table for up to 10 people and the option of wireless Internet connection (hot spot).

Obiekt warty polecenia

Przestronne apartamenty położone ok. 20 min. od portu i starówki. Miły i pomocny właściciel. Duże sypialnie z szafami na ubranie i klimatyzacją. Kuchnia dobrze wyposażona (kuchenka lodówka, zmywarka i naczynia). W obiekcie winda :) Bezpłatny parking przed obiektem i z tyłu domu. W pobliżu sklepy spożywcze MD, Lidl, apteka oraz gastronomia. Obiekt zgody z opisem. Minusem jest słabe wi-fi. Słaba przepustowość i w zasadzie brak zasięgu na balkonie.

Große Wohnung mit guter Ausstattung

Die Wohnung war - wie im Inserat beschrieben - sehr gut ausgestattet, geräumig, sauber und gepflegt. Der TV entsprach allerdings nicht diesem Standard, es war ein Röhrengerät mit schlechtem Bild. Der zu der Wohnung gehöhrende Balkon war während unserers Aufenhaltes im August quasi nicht nutzbar, da er im Süden lag, durch die viel befahrene Straße sehr laut und für 4 Personen zu klein ist. Paolo war sehr nett und zuvorkommend und hat auf unsere Wünsche schnell reagiert. Die Wohnung liegt etwas außerhalb der City von Riva, mit dem Fahrrad sind jedoch viele Restaurants und Geschäfte schnell zu erreichen. Idealer Startpunkt für Fahrrad- und Mountainbike-Touren. Die Wohnung können wir weiterempfehlen.
