“The place is seriously dated and in need of upgrades. My curtains were torn and unusable and with the sun beating in on one of those 100 degree days I was nonplussed. A quick discussion with the very accommodating desk clerk had the curtain “fixed” in no time (still needed replacement because it now couldn’t be opened - Lol.) Needed to find a plug and looked behind the nightstand - quite dusty. Breakfast was pretty ok. Staff who checked me out was quite personable. So 10 for the staff,……

“This is our second stay and the first time there was a bridal party staying in the hotel and the groomsmen were having a loud and fantastic time! Mainly in the bar downstairs, but also the hallways and the elevator. But, it was a wedding and so we just kind of went with the flow. The hotel itself is clean and the views of the water from the balcony are nice. There was staff when we checked in, but absolutely no parking and this happened last time as well. “If you pay for a resort, even if you go through a third-party, you should get all the amenities of the resort. After paying the resort fees, we were not able to utilize the Fourth of July picnic or other activities they had. If we would’ve known that in advance, we may have paid for it in advance, but by staying in the same hotel, paying resort fees, even if we had to stay on the south side of the building, it still should be included there no free amenities like water in lobby or continental……
