The whole weekend was a nightmare! Ppl above us were up all night walking back and forth, and moving items. Told Mac at the front desk but he was rude and very unprofessional! A phone call was made and I went in to let him know as well and his comment to me if I didn’t like it I can leave and get reimbursed! He was checking other guests when he said this to me! Highly dissatisfied with the situation. Bro je mirror door looked like someone was trying to break in. Chipping by the lock. Bedspread had holes in it. Thin blankets as if they were 10 plus years old. I’m still waiting for manager to contact me on getting reimbursement for all the stress of the noise. I came from out of town to visit with my dad at riverside national cemetery. Had if I was lucky maybe four hours sleep this weekend. I definitely would not recommend this property. I do plan on reporting this property to health district. It needs to be cleaned up.

This is by far the worst hotel you could stay at. At first, my partner was given the wrong room, and then when he got to his room, again was not what we reserved, he noticed how dirty it was, the bedding wasn’t clean, and the blanket had cigarette holes in it. Upon switching rooms we were given what we did not pay for. And it was again unkept and quite frankly the rooms are just falling apart. I will be requesting a refund as this property was not what they are displaying, and quite frankly over priced. I would not recommend you staying here unless you don’t care about hygiene or safe conditions.

My first night I got off work at 3:30am in the morning sat. And I could not get into my room because homeless man broke into my room while I was at work and removed all my things and placed the outside the door.

I’m not one to write reviews but this room by far has been the worst. Right when we arrived the room had an odd smell and as we went into the restroom it smelled worst. We had to give a $60 deposit and it has not been returned and it was now posted on my bank account and we left the room clean and nothing was broken. Save your self the trouble do not book here.

We were there for 2 nights. The hotel in general need some maintenance, some of the blinds were broken, sting smell of cigarettes and pot, the walls were very dirty, microwave very dirty. I will point out that the beds were comfortable and the bathroom very clean although the towels had a lot of lint. The price for the room was not cheap. I’ve stayed in other hotels a lot nicer and cleaner for less of what we paid. Also AC worked well for the 107 degrees.
