"Clean room, friendly staff. We would stay here again."

"The rooms were very clean. My bed was comfortable however we were on the ground floor and the noise in the afternoon outside our window of dripping water was unbelievable. The breakfast was very satisfying however, when I asked for what my bill would be the silver haired man on dayshift at the front desk told me I couldn’t get it till my day was over with. I had only booked Wednesday leaving on Saturday. I don’t understand why he couldn’t pull it up for me."

"No pets and didn't use gym"

"We were stuck three days because it snowed they did not clear lot or sidewalk. We had to pay for the two extra days just because we could not get out. They claimed there was nothing they could do. Husband had to borrow shovels unbury our vehicle so we could leave."

"The hotel is VERY clean and quiet. The staff was professional and positive. Wren was awesome and checked me in and answered my questions about the area (where to eat etc.) The location is in a nice spot with restaurants, grocery stores, etc. all around. The shuttle to Mayo is very convenient and the van is clean and the driver is polite. I will ABSOLUTELY stay here again because of the quiet, the clean rooms and the excellent staff. "

"Overall, I had a good experience. That being said, I stayed in two different rooms. The first room was in the newer part of the building and it was so cold. No heat came out of the vents. I was miserable. The second night I stayed in the older part, it was fantastic."
