That said, there were two issues: 1) The property has no central heating and the space heaters are not able to keep up with the cold weather (probably would be fine if it were 60 degrees outside), 2) more importantly, there was enough hot water for 1 person to take a 5 minute shower (and no heater in the bathroom). 「Expedia was fine. But this property was very fair. It was managed by Capital Hotel. A VRBO.
I tried to call Capital Hotel before check in .. no call back. I did receive a check in text on a chat line that was monitored. Requested a later check out. None granted.

「When I arrived at the property, they wouldn’t honor the reservation or Expedia price so at 1 am after a long day of travel, I had to spend 30 minutes trying to get it resolved on my own as the staff wasn’t of much help at the property. Room was old and everything was worn. 2 out of the 3 bath towels were dirty and disgusting.
