Located in Rivesaltes, between the sea, vineyards, and mountains, just a few kilometers from the beaches of Le Barcarès and the Cathar castles. Explore the hiking trails and discover the Côte Vermeille, Collioure, and Banyuls-sur-Mer, with their exceptional panoramic views. Visit the Roussillon vineyards and taste the delicious Roussillon wines. Stay in this beautiful, detached, characterful farmhouse, secluded among the vineyards and bordered by a wooded park, which includes the gîte and the owners' house. Ground floor: - Equipped kitchen area with 4 gas burners - Dining room - Large living room with a beautiful fireplace opening onto the garden First floor: - Bedroom 1: 1 double bed (140x190cm) with private shower room and toilet - Bedroom 2: 1 double bed (140x190cm) - Bedroom 3: 2 single beds (90x190cm) - Shower room - Separate toilet Private shaded terrace with covered barbecue and plancha grill. Parking on the property (covered carport for 1 car). The farmhouse is located 2 km from the village. Towels included. Bed linen and cleaning service are optional. Electricity consumption: 2 kWh/day/person included. Any excess consumption must be paid to the owner at the end of your stay.
