Private access /secluded 2bdrm/whirlpool bath listing secluded from rest of home. No shared spaces in home. No indoor kitchen access/there is a very nice outdoor farmhouse sink & grill cooking area. Private lighted 315’ pier. Located directly in the Cayo de Grullo secluded fingers of Baffin Bay. Property and pier are directly on Baffin Bay. Breathtaking sunsets and 180 degreee incredible views. Booking rate is 3 people over age 2. Each additional guest is $25 per day whether for one hour or overnight not to exceed 6 guests in the booking. Extra guests must be declared in advance. Space sleeps 4 comfortably. Electricity on outdoor counter for electric skillet (provided). Microwave & oversized dorm frig & coffeemaker. You provide your own propane or we provide for $30 ALL pets must be declared and PAID for before staying. When guests are not in the house, pets MUST BE KENNELED. We can provide a kennel. Pet (1-2 small OR 1 large maximum) per stay charge is $30 up to 3 day stay or $40 for 4+ nites. Add-on spa pool rental now available. $30 1-2 adults over age 18 for 90 min by appointment. Fee & agreement must-be paid prior to use. Note: we have one dog under 15 pounds on the premises which stays leashed when outside. She barks as all dogs do.
