「This place is a hidden gem, allowing guest to escape into the jungle with secluded privacy, serenity and excellent bird watching! 「Our stay here was great. Loved the rooftop pool and the communal pool. The host answered immediately every time I contacted them, no matter what time of day. I'd definitely stay here again. 「Our 5 day stay at the Yool Caanal Condo was Excellent! The cleanliness, location and the view were fantastic. When we had questions or issues the manager was on top of it immediately and made sure we were satisfied. Cleaning services were great!There are 3 restaurants within a 5 minute walk as well as 2-3 mini grocery stores. I would recommend a stop on your way from the airport to a regular grocery store if you’re wanting to cook meals while you’re there since there isn’t one we found close by...

"This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really care about our problems. Everytime I called them, I need to explain the situation again. And what I got is 'we will send someone to fix' ' the hotel is fully booked so not possible to change the room' or 'this is the general problem'. The daily activities and restaurants are good but I think the room itself is the basic of which the problem and technicians visits, really bother our holiday mood."
