"Nice adult only property. They have sister properties you can visit for $15/day with meals and amenities included. We did the spa at reef 28 and it was so amazing. Food was an 8/10. The pool area has “small bites” but good options. I recommend the tuna tostadas. Enjoyed my experience and the location. Not not the typical resort. Out the front door you’re mingling with all the locals. Plenty shopping in the area. I loved not being tied to the property that you’d normally be at a resort....
"Would not recommend…I’ve been to multiple resorts throughout Cancun and I can confidently say this resort was my LEAST favorite. The staff was VERY slow and unhelpful for the most part. Workers were unfriendly. Food there was not very good and there was not much variety. They also charge extra on certain amenities which was not disclosed to our knowledge. If you go, make sure you wake up early to save a chair or cabana near the pool, because there is only a limited amount. Games and activities...
