"Perfect for our week-long summer stay. The property is on a cul-de-sac so the neighborhood is very quiet. The St Anne River is in a public area at the back of the property which was nice. There was a fair amount of pedestrian and bicyclist traffic accessing the public area which is adjacent to the property. The property had all the kitchenware we needed to cook for the week. "Beau séjour! Nous avons bien profité de la grande cour: le spa, le terrain de volley-ball, le patio et le pit à feu. Il y en a pour tous les goûts. Nous avons aussi fait du kayak et du paddle board. Par contre, la propreté du chalet est à améliorer."

"I have booked this hotel for one night stay in August. Due to our travels, we have arrived around 9 PM. There were no one at the office. The phone numbers were provided to call for Edmonton. It took half an hour to reach someone at these two numbers. Person or the owner on the other line said that we should plan our trip better and arrive on time like other people. There is no room available for us. He acknowledge that they are a small hotel and they don’t check Expedia for the bookings. The owner was giving me a very hard time. I had to call him numerous times. Meantime it was already 10 PM and we wear on the steps of this hotel. There was quite a dingy and smelly inside the lobby. I must mention that the owner/manager tried to book me a hotel in another town, which was too far out of our way. I have to give him credit for that. I would not recommend anyone staying in this hotel as they did not honor the booking."

"Adorable cottage and in a sweet location! All was as represented (including the river across the street). We loved all the homey touches too (especially the house rules written with the sense of humor!) All the necessary accoutrements were on-site (including a bike wash and a locked storage shed). Very convenient to Valle Bras du Nord. We would definitely stay again! "

There was a fair amount of pedestrian and bicyclist traffic accessing the public area which is adjacent to the property. The property had all the kitchenware we needed to cook for the week. The seating in the living room was plentiful for our family of 6. The weather was unusually hot while we were there so it was warm inside in the afternoon/evening so A/C would have been beneficial. There are many screened doors and windows though, which helped. The wifi was fine for me to work remotely. The host was responsive to help us with a problem we had during our stay."
