Large cottage in peaceful, beautiful nature

Experience the perfect blend of nature and comfort in this charming cottage, ideal for both relaxation and adventure. Located in a peaceful forest area, it offers direct access to rich wildlife, a golf course, and a nature reserve - all within walking distance. The nearby small roads and paths lead to beautiful beaches and local shops, all easily accessible by bike.



The house is a year-round cottage from 2003, heated with a cozy wood stove, efficient air-to-air heat pump, and electrically heated tiled floors, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Four spacious bedrooms offer eight sleeping places, ideal for families or groups. The open-plan kitchen/dining/living room is the heart of the home, complete with a modern kitchen bar, a large dining table, and a comfortable sofa area by the smart TV.



Two well-equipped bathrooms, both with a jacuzzi and shower cabin, and one with access to a sauna, ensure luxurious facilities. A practical utility room with a washing machine and dryer, plus a unique extra - a solarium - enhances the comfort.



Outside awaits a large, partially covered terrace with a fireplace, both gas and charcoal grills, as well as ample seating and sun loungers. A charming garden shed offers practical storage for grills, garden furniture, bicycles, and toys.



This property combines comfort, picturesque surroundings, and practical facilities, making it an ideal choice for a memorable holiday.
