The unit has a back up generator and both bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning for your sleeping comfort.

The property is VERY nice. Spacious rooms, beautiful view of the Caribbean. The host is wonderful. Very friendly and helpful. The only thing that was a surprise was the very steep and narrow driveway to get down to the property. That, and the rooster that crowed at VERY early hours of the morning! Make sure to close the windows at night, to keep the noise down!!

Tortolalalaaa!

I brought my daughter and her friend over on the ferry(very easy)from STJ for a short spring break get away. The property was amazing. It was clean, convenient for what we wanted to do, and had an amazing view. The appliances were top of the line, the kitchen and bathrooms were newly remodeled(or built)and came with plenty of linens. There was cold water waiting in the fridge and ice in the freezer. The home had all the things you would need(oil, salt, pepper, q-tips, hand lotion, Tupperware, great knives, pots, pans, utensils, condiments, etc)for our stay. We enjoyed the games that were provided, especially BVI monopoly. We stopped at Bobby's in Road Town, before heading up the hill, for snacks and breakfast items, we chose to eat lunch and dinner out and about on our adventures. We stuck to the east end of the island our first 2 days and hit up Cane Garden, Apple and Carrot on our last day. The bedrooms had A/C which we used one night due to rain, but the elevation and breeze were lovely for daytime and our first night. Our host Anne was amazing, friendly and informative. All in all we give it 2 thumbs up!! We will definitely be returning in the future:)

Central quiet location with the best view

We were very pleased with our friendly accommodating host. The house provided everything we needed plus more! It is very spacious and cleanliness was top notch. I would definitely return and plan to stay longer next time!
