This is an excellent hotel in a good location. Staff is friendly but not always attentive. Room was kept clean but the floor needed to be vacuumed more. Mattress needed to be replaced. Breakfast was top notch. I would recommend this property & wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

This is a lovely property connected to the Hotel Antico Vicenza. Spacious, clean, steps from the Pallazo, great shopping and restaurants. The staff at the hotel are just delightful and really go out of their way to be helpful. We were traveling with small children and the apartment was easily childproofed, ...
