“A perfect getaway to celebrate the holidays! We visited Eagles Rest with my one month shy of 90 year-old mother, and two adult kids. We appreciated the welcoming amenities and meticulously clean and cozy atmosphere! Having two bedrooms on the primary floor was helpful for older guests, and the loft suite was beautifully private! We also enjoyed the location close to Roanoke, and the trailheads connecting to the Appalachian Trail were just minutes drive away! We had a wonderful stay, and it……

“So clean and immaculately decorated. In the middle of nowhere but 3 miles to the closest gas station and kid friendly restaurant bar/grill. Comfortable beds and toys and games for the kids were provided. We also enjoyed the music collection. Would recommend to anyone ”

“Positives: Comfortable, cozy, well-appointed. Peaceful, serene, pictures. Abundant deer, turkey, and wildlife. Good fishing at pond. Improvements: Eliminate cobwebs and pet hair. Eliminate sulfur smell in water.”

“The cabin was very clean and cozy. It was well stocked with books, games and puzzles. The pool table was beautiful. You could do as much or as little as you wanted. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals. I would highly recommend this rental.”

“We absolutely loved staying here at this cabin! It was the perfect break from the chaos of the world lately. The owners did state they are building a bigger bunk house on their property so I plan to return with more of my family. We are very thankful for this retreat in the woods. Also, this is a bit random- but I loved the bathhouse. It was beautiful and very clean!”
